Service role
Local Renovation Pros is a marketing and contractor-matching platform, not a licensed contractor. Construction estimates, contracts, payments, warranties and services are provided directly by independent contractors.
No guarantee of availability or outcome
Submitting a request does not guarantee contractor availability, assignment, response, licensing status, an estimate, price, schedule, project quality, or outcome. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor and deciding whether to enter an agreement.
Contractor relationship
Any inspection, estimate, construction agreement, payment, permit responsibility, work, warranty, or dispute is between you and the independent contractor. Local Renovation Pros is not a party to a construction contract and does not supervise or control contractor work.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to manage, independently verify contractor credentials, and do not upload unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive financial, medical, or identity information.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent or duplicate requests, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use submitted contractor or homeowner information for an unauthorized purpose.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features, coverage areas, services, or these terms. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
